The canopy was formed by vacuforming clear plastic over the solid canopy removed from the model.

After some careful trimming, the new canopy made a major improvement.

The canopy fixed and blended into the fuselage and the whole model sprayed with Halfords white primer followed by a couple coats of Johnson's
Clear.

Undercarriage doors and gear legs were scratchbuilt from bits in the spares box. The replacement wheels are from a True Details set for the
A-37 and the propeller was from a Czech Models Grumman Goose
