• June 17, 1976 - With the left hand engine loosing power, the pilot attempted to land at Las Cruces, NM but on approach the nose gear light indicated unsafe. The pilot was unable to execute a go-around and the plane suffered from a landing gear collapse. (NTSB Report DEN76FQD26)
