- Aircraft noted for sale in 2004, asking $75,000, reduced in 2005 to $69,500 USD.
- March 8, 2007 - Shortly after departure, N209 crashed into a farmer's field near the town of West Mansfield, OH. The sole occupant (owner/pilot) was killed on impact. The crash and post impact fire completely destroyed the airframe. The GPS ground tracking data indicates the aircraft was performing aerobatic manuevers immediately prior to impact.
